CHEF´S EASTER SUGGESTION MENU
This Easter, the Chef presents a menu designed for sharing, rooted in Portuguese tradition with a contemporary touch.
It begins with Alentejo sausages roasted in the wood-fired oven, rich and comforting, followed by a slow-cooked beef rib, so tender it yields to the spoon, and finishes with the traditional folar, a symbol of celebration and heritage.
