At Erva, this identity is expressed through an intimate, guided five-course wine dinner, where each dish is created in harmony with the wines. Course by course, the menu follows the rhythm of the glass, shaping a refined journey of flavours from the very first sip to the last.

On Valentine’s night, Erva invites you to celebrate love the way one recites a poem, verse by verse. Between Verses and Love is an intimate culinary experience for two, where each dish is presented as a gesture, a fleeting moment, a verse served at the table.
The signature tasting menu, Verses of Love, unfolds in five courses guided by the senses, from the first touch to the final echo. As the evening progresses, live music with voice and violin gently envelops the room with grace and intention.
This experience is offered in two distinct seatings, each with its own rhythm and intensity.

At Quinta Vale dos Fornos, wine expression comes from a clear understanding of grape varieties and how they respond to place. March’s selection moves through distinct styles and profiles, from the freshness and aromatic clarity of Arinto, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer to the deeper, more structured Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, with the possibility of an additional surprise to conclude the tasting, offering a unique sense of time and continuity. A line-up designed to highlight contrast, balance and progression throughout the experience.
