From 16 to 30 June, Erva joins the 12th Gastronomic Tour of Cereja do Fundão IGP, an initiative by Fundão City Council that brings one of the region’s most emblematic products to restaurants in Lisbon and Porto.
During this period, Cereja do Fundão IGP comes into our kitchen in all its splendour - seasonal, intense, and treated without distraction.
