The Alentejo is celebrated for its vast golden plains, Mediterranean climate, and intense, generous wines. Along the Atlantic coast, Vicentino captures the freshness of the ocean breezes, creating vibrant wines with a distinct coastal character.

This menu brings that richness to the table: Bulhão Pato-style shellfish pastry, codfish açorda, Alentejo black pork, and the iconic sericaia with Elvas plums. A unique pairing with premium Vicentino wines, selected by the producer, completes this authentic Alentejo experience.
